Manny is an International trade professional with several years of experience fostering business between Africa and the United States. As an international trade facilitator, Manny is currently negotiating to supply Ghana-made products to Cintas, Kroger, and Procter and Gamble. He has successfully supplied several Ghana-made products including all natural body lotion and soap to Jungle Jim’s International Market in Ohio. He organized a Transformational Leadership Program for Cincinnati based FSH Group in Ghana and is coordinating a follow up program in Ghana in 2018.
Manny is working with the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber to organizing the first Africa-America Trade and Investment Cincinnati, aimed at helping African businesses export into the United States and also assist American businesses grow their business by investing and exporting to Africa.
Manny Addo has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast. He worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for General Electric, Fifth Third Bank, Duke Energy, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and JP Morgan. He also worked with Maersk Sealand as a shipping supervisor providing him rich experience in customs clearance and supply chain management.
Manny Addo’s educational, cultural, (and) professional exposure in Africa and the United States enables him to successfully promote business between these regions.
Manny is also a member of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Ohio Minority Supply Development Council, America Marketing Association and the United States Toastmasters Club.
